Space Force base and station construction services.
Space Force installations carry a facility profile that looks less like a garrison and more like a data center with a security overlay: mission operations floors, communications and antenna support, environmental control that cannot fail, and secure areas built to intelligence community criteria. Sardion Construction Inc. builds that profile — MEP-led, phased around live operations, and documented to the standard the government audits against.
SBA-certified SDVOSB · $30M single project / $50M aggregate bonding · USACE CQM-certified management · background-checked personnel for badged and escorted work.

Scope of work
- Mission support and operations facilities: Operations floors, communications and ground support facilities, administrative and training space, and the support buildings that keep an installation running — vertical construction and renovation under NAICS 236220 on Space Force bases and Space Force stations.
- Power, cooling, and continuity: Space Force facilities fail the mission when the mechanical and electrical systems fail. Redundant power paths, environmental control, grounding and bonding, and phased cutovers are treated as the critical path — the same discipline Sardion applies to data center and healthcare work.
- Secure and controlled areas: Construction in controlled areas and secure spaces built to the applicable criteria, including ICD 705 requirements where a facility calls for accredited secure space, with cleared escort and badging planned into the schedule rather than discovered at mobilization.
- Antiterrorism and force protection: Standoff distance, progressive collapse, glazing, and building hardening under UFC 4-010-01 where the facility type and occupancy require them.
- Working around a mission that does not pause: Launch windows, satellite operations, and continuous watch floors set the schedule, not the contractor. Outages coordinated through the base civil engineer, disruptive work sequenced into windows the installation can absorb, and temporary services planned so the mission carries through construction.
- Documentation the construction agent accepts: UFGS-formatted submittals, three-phase quality control, EM 385-1-1 safety documentation, Davis-Bacon certified payroll, and a closeout package that lets the contracting officer accept the work and write an honest CPARS rating.
