Scope of work
- Barracks, admin, and community facilities: Vertical building construction and renovation on Army installations — unaccompanied housing, administrative and headquarters space, training facilities, dining and community buildings — under NAICS 236220.
- USACE quality management: Three-phase control run as the Corps intends it: preparatory meetings held before the work starts, initial inspections that set the standard for the definable feature, and follow-up that catches drift before it becomes a rework claim. Daily QC reports filed on the Corps' system, not a substitute of our own.
- Renovation inside occupied Army facilities: Phased work in buildings that stay in use, with temporary partitions, utility outage coordination through DPW, dust and noise control, and life-safety measures maintained through every phase.
- Force protection and access: Antiterrorism standoff and building hardening criteria under UFC 4-010-01 where they apply, plus the badging, escort, and delivery-window realities of working behind an installation access control point.
- Contract administration and closeout: Submittal registers, RFIs, Davis-Bacon certified payroll, safety reporting, and a closeout package — as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, commissioning support — assembled so the contracting officer can accept the work without chasing it.
